| Gas supply At present there is no gas supply on the territory. 700 m away from the plot there is a gas distribution substation with medium pressure pipeline 80 mm in diameter. The following variants of gas supply are possible: - gas supply from the mentioned gas distribution substation with the pipe laying across the railroad. - gas supply from "Verevo" gas distribution station with the laying across Kievskoe Highway. Water supply and sewage systems The water supply of the complex may be received from Nevskiy water conduit provided the construction of waterworks facility including the water reservoir and pumping station of II grade of elevation. Power Supply For the power supply of the facilities to be placed on the plot it shall be necessary to build electric power substation for 110/10 kV with the attachment of high-voltage power line for 110 kV and to stretch the necessary number of 10 kV power lines from the substation to the territory and build a 10/0,4 kV transformer substation on the territory of the facilities. Telephone The installation of telephones shall by carried out in compliance with technical specifications of "Lensvyasz'" JSC. Roads Railway lines in the present zone, adjoin Verevo railway station, situated on Saint-Petersburg – Luga branch railway line. |
