  • Warehouse logistical terminal;
  • Portside cold storage facility with the capacity of 20-30 thousand tons (including fruits);
  • Reefer containers storage terminal.
The last option is the especially interesting provided the port terminal is to be built in Vistino settlement (approximately 1 km away from the offered object).
